1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Construction Of A Fire-Fighting Forest Road. No. 42 In The Kliniska Forest District, In The Wielgowo And Niedźwiedź Forest Districts, Approx. 2,553 Meters Long (Section On The Peat Bog Dyke), With A Surface Made Of Crushed Aggregate Of Natural Origin, Reinforced With A Geogrid With Both Sides Made Of Uncrushed Aggregate. 2. Construction Works Will Be Performed On The Road Section From Km 1+140 To Km 3+693. The Road Is To Run Westwards, With Minor Deviations, In Such A Way As To Fit As Closely As Possible Into The Footprint Of The Existing Road.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, Which Consists Of: 1) Annex No. 1A - Technical Design (Executive Design); 2) Annex No. 1B - Area Development Design 3) Annex No. 1C - Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; 4) Annex No. 1D - Internal Environmental Impact Assessment; 5) Annex No. 1E - Bill Of Quantities; 6) Annex No. 1F - Building Permit Decision No. 172/2025 Of February 28, 2025. Note: The Technical Design (Execution) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Cover The Construction Of Stages 1 And 2 Of The Road. Stage 1 Has Been Completed (Built). The Scope Of The Order To Be Performed Only Covers Stage 2.
