Tenders Are Invited For Renovation Of Former Farm Buildings For The Needs Of The Center For Local Initiatives In Wiry

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of Former Farm Buildings In Wiry In The Design And Build Formula Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Ffu) And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz). The Modernization Will Consist In The Expansion (Construction Of A Connector) And Reconstruction Of The Existing Granary And Forge Buildings, Along With Changing The Way They Are Used For Cultural And Educational Purposes. After Modernization, The Facility As A Whole Will Fulfill Cultural And Educational Functions For The Local Community (Cultural Center). 2. The Planned Investment Is Located Within The Plot No. 730/10 In The Village Of Wiry, Komorniki Commune, At Ul. Zespółowa 23. The Existing Farm Buildings, I.E. The Former Granary And Forge, Are Entered Into The Municipal Register Of Monuments And Are Currently Secured And Unused. Within The Investment (Plot No. 730/10) There Is And Is Currently A Primary School Building With A Gymnasium And Accompanying Infrastructure.3. The Contractor Is Responsible For Ensuring That The Works Are Carried Out In Such A Way That Their Scope Does Not Disturb The Functioning Of Neighboring Buildings And Guarantees The Safety Of Bystanders, Including Users Of The Building Of The Primary School. On-Site Visitthe Ordering Party Provides For The Contractors Obligation To Carry Out An On-Site Visit To Check The Conditions Related To The Performance Of The Works That Are The Subject Of The Order.
