The Inspection Document Must Be Issued By An Independent, Specialized, External Inspection Unit That Was Not Directly Involved In The Installation And Is Not Responsible For Any Repair Work And Related Expenses, - Post-Construction Changes In The Area In The Citys Geodetic Resources.
