1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall With A Connector To The Existing Garage Hall, In The Design And Build System. The Ordering Party Has Developed A Functional And Utility Program Together With A Land Development Design, An Architectural And Construction Design, Geotechnical Documentation, A Design For The Demolition Of A Warehouse Building And An Above-Ground Bunker, And A Bill Of Quantities For Works. For Construction Purposes, The Contractor Should Prepare Technical Documentation For The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall Along With A Cost Estimate. The Ordering Party Has A Permit For The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall And The Demolition Of Existing Facilities.2. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Technical Documentation, 2) Dismantling Of The Existing Fence Located Within The Investment, Demolition Of The Existing Building And A Building In The Form Of A Bunker, And Execution Of Construction Works And As-Built Documentation, As Well As Providing Authors Supervision.3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations And Standards, In Particular: 1) The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order And Its Annexes; 2) The Provisions Of The Construction Law; 3) Health And Safety Regulations; 4) Construction Practice; 5) The Submitted Offer; 6) The Technology Specified In The Specification; 7) The Principles Of Sound Technical Knowledge; 8) The Applicable Technical And Technological Standards; 9) The Applicable Security And Safety Standards; 10) The Concluded Contract4. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is: - Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As Pfu), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, - Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz, - Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 1.2 To Swz5. Under The Concluded Contract, The Contractor Will Provide Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of Construction Works And Until The End Of The Warranty For Physical Defects For The Works Performed.6. Immediately Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Requests The Presentation Of A Document Confirming That The Contractor Is Insured Against Civil Liability (Contractual And Tortious) In The Scope Of Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract For A Guarantee Sum Of Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00 (Together With Confirmation Of Payment Of The Premium).7. At The Stage Of Signing The Contract (Before Signing The Contract), The Contractor Will Provide The Construction Managers Declaration Of Assuming The Duties Of The Construction Manager And Certified Copies Of: Construction Licenses And A Certificate Of Membership In The Professional Self-Government Chamber.8. The Contractor Should Provide The Ordering Party With At Least: 60-Month Uniform Warranty And Warranty For Defects On Construction Works Performed And Materials Used - Assessed Criterion.
