1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Consisting In Changing The Use Of Storage Rooms Into Second-Life Rooms And The Construction Of An Educational Path.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of The Following Construction Works: 2.1. Execution Of Internal Construction Works;2.2. Lightweight Wall Cladding; 2.3. Construction Of The Ceiling;2.4. Execution Of Electrical Works;2.5. Installation Of Electric Heating And Ventilation;2.6. Construction Of An Educational Path And Plantings;2.7. Purchase And Delivery Of Necessary Equipment;2.8. Carrying Out Other Work Necessary To Complete The Order;3. A Detailed Description And Scope Of Works Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz. An Auxiliary Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz.4. The Required Minimum Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 24 Months And Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Contractors Offer (Offer Evaluation Criterion). The Warranty Covers Liability For Defects In The Entire Subject Of The Contract.5. The Required Warranty Period For Completed Construction Works Is 60 Months.6. Acting Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Following Works As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 6.1. Construction Works;6.2. Electrical Works;6.3. Works Related To Land Development. They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, Which Reads: By Entering Into An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Direction And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ The Employee For Remuneration.7. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of People, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz.
