The Service Includes: - Demolition Of A Commercial Building At Ul. Kościuszki 11 In Kowal. As Part Of The Offer Price For The Performance Of Demolition Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove, Remove And Dispose Of All Waste Generated During The Work In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including Construction Waste, Rubble And Equipment Elements. The Contractor Bears All Costs Related To The Transport, Management And Disposal Of Waste. After Completion Of The Works, The Demolition Area Should Be Tidied Up And Left Clean, Free From Waste, Contamination And Elements Remaining After The Works. Pursuant To The Contract, The Ordering Party Transfers To The Contractor The Ownership Of The Movable Items Collected In The Facility Subject To Demolition, Specified In The Annex To The Contract. The Value Of The Mentioned Movable Items Should Be Included In The Offer Price By Deducting It From The Value Of The Works
