Juliana Tuwima In Ostrówthe Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Improvement Of The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Julian Tuwim Primary School In Ostrów, Located In Ostrów 21, 98-275 Brzeźnio, On Plot No. 462, Ostrów District. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular The Performance Of Thermal Modernization Works Of The Building, Including Insulation Of External Walls In The Etics System, Insulation Of Foundation Walls And Plinth, Insulation Of The Ceiling Under The Unheated Attic, Construction Of A Technical Floor In Part Of The Attic, Insulation Of The Flat Roof With Styrofoam Along With The Implementation Of Roofing Felt, Flashings And Drainage, As Well As Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes Construction Works In The Boiler Room And The Fuel Storage Room, Construction Of An External Entrance To The Boiler Room, Renovation Of Chimneys, Execution Of Surface Works At The Entrance To The Building, Including The Sidewalk, Platform, External Steps And A Ramp For People With Disabilities, Creating A Strip Around The Building And Restoring The Surface And Area After The Works. As Part Of The Sanitary Industry, The Central Heating Installation Should Be Modernized, Including The Replacement Of The Heat Source With A Pellet Boiler, Installation Of The Necessary Installations, Fittings, Buffer, Security And Preparation Of Hot Water. As Part Of The Electrical Industry, Works Related To The Electrical Installation Of The Boiler Room, Modernization Of Lighting In The School Building, Emergency And External Lighting, Necessary Replacement Or Adjustment Of Cabling, Photovoltaic Installation With A Capacity Of 6.05 Kwp With An Inverter, Optimizers And Energy Storage With A Capacity Of Not Less Than 9.2 Kwh, As Well As A Grounding, Equalization And Lightning Protection Installation Should Be Performed. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Execution Of All Preparatory Works, Demolition, Reconstruction, Finishing, Tests, Measurements, Inspections, Acceptance, Site Cleaning And Submission Of The Required As-Built Documentation. The Works Should Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Swz, Stwior, Bill Of Quantities, Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge. Construction Works In The Boiler Room, Including In Particular Brickwork And Changing The Dimensions Or Location Of Window And Door Openings, Require A Building Permit. The Ordering Party Informs That It Is At The Stage Of The Procedure Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit, And Obtaining The Required Decision Remains The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party.
