1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Offices Premises, Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Premises Along With Changing The Arrangement Of The Office Area Of The Department Of Environmental Protection And Waste Management And The Debt Collection Office And Adapting Them To The Working Conditions Of The Departments With Accompanying And Auxiliary Rooms. The Zone Covered By The Works Is Located On The Ground Floor Of The Municipal Office Building In Bieruń;2. The Scope Of Work And Their Description Can Be Found In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, I.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Annexes And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That It Sets Requirements Regarding The Employment Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code. Details Regarding The Above-Mentioned Requirements, Including The Type Of Activities Covered By The Requirements, The Method Of Employment Verification And The Ordering Partys Control Rights, Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Constitute An Annex To The Swz.4. The Order Is Not Covered By Financial Support. 5. The Contracting Authority May Invalidate The Public Procurement Procedure If The Public Funds That The Contracting Authority Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract Were Not Awarded To It.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers Under The Contract In Question Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract - The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract Could Seriously Jeopardize The Proper Performance Of The Contract. In The Ordering Partys Opinion, The Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts Does Not Limit The Possibility Of Participation Of Contractors Of Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In Terms Of Quantity And Quality. 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting A Variant Offer.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Reserve The Obligation For The Contractor To Perform Key Parts Of The Order Using Its Own Resources.9. The Ordering Party Did Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Requirements Related To The Implementation Of The Order Referred To In Art. 96 Of The Act.10. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Restricting The Possibility Of Applying For The Contract Only To The Contractors Referred To In Art. 94 Of The Act.11. The Ordering Party Informs That It Does Not Envisage The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract To The Current Contractor Of Construction Works Referred To
