The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Construction Works Carried Out As Part Of The Budget Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Municipal Offices Premises, Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Premises Along With Changing The Arrangement Of The Office Area Of ​​The Department Of Environmental Protection And Waste Management And The Debt Collection Office And Adapting Them To The Working Conditions Of The Departments With Accompanying And Auxiliary Rooms. The Zone Covered By The Works Is Located On The Ground Floor Of The Municipal Office Building In Bieruń;2. The Scope Of Work And Their Description Can Be Found In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz, I.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Annexes And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Pursuant To The Content Of Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Informs That It Sets Requirements Regarding The Employment Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor On The Basis Of The Employment Relationship Of Persons Performing Activities In The Scope Of The Contract Consisting In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code.
