The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works On The Investment Project Titled: Construction Of Municipal Road No. 103526L In The Town Of Brzostówka. As Part Of The Investment, It Is Planned To Build A Municipal Road On The Section From Km 0+405.00 To Km 0+670.40. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes In Particular: A) Preparatory Works, Implementation Of Temporary Traffic Organization; B)Removal Of A Layer Of Fertile Soil; C) Demolition Works; D) Reconstruction Of The Culvert Under The Crown Of The Municipal Road; E) Profiling And Compacting The River Bed For The Construction Of The Road, Shoulders And Exits; F) Application Of A Frost-Protective Layer And Sub-Base; G) Cleaning And Condensing The Sub-Base And Surface With Asphalt Emulsion; H) Construction Of Asphalt Concrete Road Surface; I) Strengthening Of Roadsides And Exits With Mechanically Stabilized Crushed Aggregate; J) Making Signs In Accordance With The Permanent Traffic Organization Project; K) Cleaning And Finishing Works. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: A) Design Documentation, Including: Land Development Design, Architectural And Construction Design, Technical (Executive) Design, Permanent Traffic Organization Design, Taking Into Account Explanations Provided During The Public Procurement Procedure, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), With The Proviso That In A Situation Where The Provisions Of The Contract Specify The Manner Of Carrying Out The Works Or Acceptance Or Settlement Of Works In A Manner Different From The Stwiorb, They Are Binding. Provisions Of The Contract, C) Bills Of Quantities (Bill Of Quantities - Eligible Costs And Bill Of Quantities - Ineligible Costs). Due To The Fact That The Remuneration Will Be A Cost Estimate, The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Binding. The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare An Offer Cost Estimate Based On The Bills Of Quantities Received From The Ordering Party, Using The Price Base He Adopted For Cost Estimation And After Adding Vat.
