In The Scope Of The Service Including Design: - Based On The Functional And Utility Program, Annex To Swz, Development Of Design Documentation, In Particular A Construction Design And All Other Documents Necessary To: Obtain A Building Permit In Accordance With Applicable Law Or Report Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit Construction, - Agreeing The Documentation With The Owners Of The Technical Infrastructure To Whom The Documentation And Implementation Of The Task Concern And With The Ordering Party, - Obtaining All Necessary Administrative Decisions, - Conducting Authors Supervision (Local And Remote), - Obtaining, At The Expense And Responsibility Of The Contractor, All Decisions And Arrangements, In Particular The Decision On A Building Permit, If Required. - The Costs Of Obtaining All Permits, Decisions And Arrangements Related To The Subject Of The Contract Are Borne By The Contractor. 2. In The Scope Of Construction Works: - Performance Of Construction Works On The Basis Of Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party - Obtaining All Decisions And Arrangements, Opinions Necessary For The Execution And Commissioning Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular The Opinions Of The Services, Inspections And Guards, As Well As An Unconditional Decision On The Permit For Use Or No Objection To Reporting The Completion Of The Works.
