1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Modernization Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Paczków, Located At Ul. Szkolna 2, On Plot No. 193/4 In Paczków. The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction, Installation And Accompanying Works In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Task Includes, Among Others: - Renovation Of The Roof By Replacing The Plank Girders With Prefabricated Girders Along With Replacing The Roof Covering, Replacing Suspended Ceilings, Insulating The Flat Roof, Constructing A Roof Hatch And An Access Ladder; - Constructing A New Ceiling Over The Last Floor Of The Tower; - Installing A New Antenna, Lattice And Aluminum Mast On The New Ceiling Of The Tower; - Installation Of Communication And Signaling Devices On The Mast Alarm System; - Insulating The Tower In Non-Insulated Places, Unifying The Color Of The Façade Over The Entire Height; - Rebuilding Chimneys Above The Roof Covering, Making Chimney Caps; - Making New Roof Flashings, New Gutters And Downpipes; - Replacing And Supplementing The Lightning Protection System; - Making A Driveway For People With Limited Mobility; - Dismantling And Reassembling Lighting Fixtures. Note: The Scope Of This Procedure Does Not Include Works Related To Sanitary Industry - Construction Of A Gas Installation In The Volunteer Fire Department Building, Disconnection Of The Building From The Existing External Boiler Room And Installation Of A Gas Boiler. The Above Scope Of Works Is Not Subject To Valuation By The Contractor And Will Be The Subject Of A Separate Public Procurement Procedure. Additional Requirements For The Contractor: - The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out The Works In A Way That Does Not Cause Damage To The Existing Infrastructure And Ensures Constant And Uninterrupted Operational Readiness Of The Volunteer Fire Department Unit, In Particular The Patency Of Access Roads And Exits For Emergency Vehicles.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In The Following Annexes (Available On The Platform): Design Documentation, Contract Template, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Arrangements And Bills Of Quantities. The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Only An Auxiliary Element To Determine The Subject Of The Order - They Are Of Informative Nature. The Items Included In The Bill Of Quantities Are Intended To Be Helpful In Calculating Investment Costs. After Reviewing The Technical Documentation And Other Procurement Documents, The Contractor Is Obliged To Determine The Scope Of Work Necessary To Achieve The Result.
