The Investment In Question Includes In Particular: 1) Demolition Of An Existing Building - An Auxiliary Building At The Municipal Stadium, 2) Dismantling Of A Mesh Fence (Not Subject To The Obligation To Obtain A Demolition Permit), 3) Dismantling Of The Existing Stands Along With Leveling The Area, 4) Hardening The Building Plot In The Form Of A Paving Stone Surface, 5) Constructing Ball Catches, 6) Constructing Three Polycarbonate Shelters - Two Shelters Fourteen-Person Shelters For Players And One Three-Person Shelter For Medics, 7) Installation Of A Panel Fence (Not Subject To The Obligation To Obtain A Building Permit), 8) Installation Of An Outbuilding, 9) Installation Of Open Sports Stands, Equipped With A Light Polycarbonate Roof, 10) Installation Of Stadium Lighting And Cctv, 11) Installation Of Photovoltaic Panels In The Field, On The Roof Of The Planned Outbuilding And On The Roof Of The Existing Building (Not Subject To The Obligation To Obtain A Permit Construction), 12) Installation Of Small Architectural Structures, 13) Installation Of An Irrigation System From An Existing Well, 14) Renovation Of An Existing Sports Facility, Including Changing The Location Of Football Goals Along With Additional Equipment, Leveling The Area, Filling In Gaps With Roll Grass, Painting The Pitch, And Carrying Out Finishing And Cleaning Works. The Plot Intended For The Investment Is Located In Ostrowite, Ostrowite Commune, Słupca Poviat, Greater Poland Voivodeship, Plot No. 214/4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, And The Bill Of Quantities (The Bill Of Quantities Is Auxiliary And Should Not Be Attached To The Offer), Which Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Completed Completely, With Due Care, In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards And Principles Of Construction Art, And Standards Of Modern Technical Knowledge And Technology. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With Polish Standards, With The Provisions Of Law Currently In Force In A Given Field, Including The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, Standards, Knowledge And Construction Practice. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Made Only From New Materials Approved For Trading And Use In Construction In Poland And The European Union. The Materials Must Have Technical Approvals And The Necessary Certificates, Approvals, Etc.
