Task: Modernization Of The Access Road To Agricultural Land In The Town Of Moczydło - Reconstruction Of The Road In The Town Of Moczydło The Plan For The Section On Plot No. 2/12 On The Section With A Paving Surface Was To Widen And Level The Existing Surface With Crushed Aggregate And Construct A 3.5 M Wide Asphalt Surface. In The Further Section Of This Plot, The Existing Surface Made Of Jomb Reinforced Concrete Slabs Will Be Demolished And A Full 3.5 M Wide Asphalt Surface Structure Will Be Constructed. Both Sides Of The Road Are Made Of Crushed Aggregate, 75 Cm Wide. For The Section On Plot No. 2/5, A Surface Of 3.0 M And 5.0 M2 Wide Concrete Cubes Was Planned. Location: Trzebielino Commune, Bytów Poviat, On Plots No. 2/12, 2/5, Suchorze District. Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Geodetic Marking Of The Boundaries Of The Road. 2) Clearing Of Tree Trunks And Possible Bushes Located In The Road, Colliding With The Works. 3) Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation. 4) Existing The Surface Made Of Jomb Reinforced Concrete Slabs Should Be Dismantled With Due Care To Enable Their Further Use. The Material Obtained From Demolition Should Be Loaded, Transported To The Town Of Cetyń And Deposited On The Registration Plot No. 18/7, Cetyń District. The Boards Should Be Placed In Stacks Of 8, In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Cost Of Dismantling, Loading, Transport, Unloading And Stacking The Panels Should Be Included In The Offer Price. 5) Completion Of The Set. As-Built Geodetic Documentation With Confirmation Of Reporting To The Geodetic Resources Of The District Office.6) After Completing All Construction Works, Cleaning Up The Construction Site And Restoring The Disturbed And Degraded Areas Adjacent To The Road And Related To The Construction Works To Their Original Condition.7) After Completing All Works, Preparing An As-Built Cost Estimate, Necessary For Settlement With The Institution Co-Financing The Task.8) Construction And Installation Of An Information Board With Dimensions Of 120X80 Cm, In Accordance With The Pattern Indicated By The Investor, On A Steel Frame. The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Design Documentation Prepared At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, Listed In Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
