Tenders Are Invited For Development Of The Area Of The Former Police Center In Kiekrz - Execution Monitoring Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path - In The Design And Build Formula

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Monitoring Of A Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, In The Design And Build Formula, According To The Specifications Set Out In Annex No. 7 To The Swz - Functional And Utility Program. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Performed In Two Stages: 1) Stage 1: Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary To Monitor The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, Along With All Formal And Legal Arrangements. 2) Stage 2: Monitoring Of The Pedestrian And Bicycle Path, According To The Prepared Design Referred To In Point 1, Approved By The Ordering Party, And Preparation Of As-Built Documentation.3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Have A Paid Insurance Policy Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, And In The Absence Thereof, Another Document Confirming Civil Liability Insurance (Oc) In The Scope Of The Business Related To The Subject Of The Order With A Guarantee Sum Not Lower Than Pln 300,000.00 (Three Hundred Thousand Zlotys). Liability Insurance Should Cover Civil, Tort And Contractual Liability For Personal And Property Damage And Their Consequences. Before Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Require A Copy Of The Policy Or Other Document Confirming Insurance.4. Failure To Submit A Document Confirming Insurance, A Security For Proper Performance Of The Contract Or A Declaration Of Employment, No Later Than On The Day Set For Concluding The Contract, Will Be Treated As The Selected Contractors Failure To Conclude The Contract.5. Required Warranty Period For Defects And Warranty For Completed Construction Works: Not Less Than 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.
