1. Subject Of The Orderthe Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Next Stage Of Construction Of The Building Of The Village Community Center In Józefów, Carried Out As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Village Community Center Building In Józefów 2. The Village Community Center Building, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Is Located On Plot No. 23/2, Józefów District. 3. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, Construction Works Are Planned, Consisting Of: 1) Construction Of The Facade (Preparatory Works, Insulation Of External Walls, Construction Of External Window Sills, Roof Soffit); 2) Construction Of External Stairs And A Ramp For The Disabled With Barriers, 3) Finishing Works - Priming, Painting Walls And Ceilings, Making Tile Floors - Preparing And Laying Tiles, Plasters, Gypsum Plasters On The Walls, Installation Of Internal Doors, Finishing Bathrooms. 4. The Order Also Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Equipment For The Following Rooms: 1) Bathrooms - Complete Equipment, 2) Kitchen - Complete Kitchen Equipment With Household Appliances. 3) Internal And External Lighting, 5. Manufacturing And Installation Of Glass Boards With Spacers In Accordance With The Facility Regulations. 6. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Implemented In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Design And Construction Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Constituting Additions To The Swz, With The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Taking Into Account The Provisions Of The Act On Ensuring Accessibility For Persons With Special Needs And In Accordance With The Principles Set Out In The Construction Regulations And Technical And Construction, In Particular: The Act Of July 7, 1994, Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) And Implementing Regulations, 7.
