1. The Subject Of The Order Is Delivery To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, I.E. Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Komes Sp. Z O. O., Ul. Elizy Orzeszkowej 4, 87-500 Rypin, A Brand New Complete Set Intended For The Operation Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point And Winter Maintenance Of The Access Road And Square, Consisting Of: 1) An Agricultural Tractor, 2) A Front Loader (Installed On The Tractor) With Accessories, 3) A Snow Plow, 4) A Self-Loading Gritter. All Elements Of The Set They Must Be Brand New, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Come From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel And Be Technically And Functionally Compatible With Each Other. The Offered Front Loader, Snow Plow And Self-Loading Sand Spreader Must Be Adapted To The Offered Tractor And Enable Their Proper Operation Without The Need For Additional Modifications, Purchases Or Modifications By The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Complete Set Ready For Use, Along With All Assembly Elements, Hydraulic And Electrical Connections, Cables, Handles, Technical Documentation, User Manuals, Warranty Cards And Documents Necessary To Register The Vehicle And Travel On Public Roads In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.
