Tenders Are Invited For Authors Supervision With Additional Services Indicated In The Contract For The Investment Expansion Of The Communication Hub With Access Roads In The Owintar Area - Stage I Along With The Reconstruction Of Narutowicza Street

1. The Contractor Will Provide Services In The Following Industries: Road Engineering; Bridge Engineering; Construction And Construction; Installation In The Field Of Networks, Installations And Sanitary Devices (Sewage And Gas); Installation In The Field Of Electrical And Power Networks And Devices; Installation In The Field Of Telecommunications Networks And Devices, In A Manner Consistent With The Contract Concluded By The Ordering Party With The Contractor Of Construction Works And To The Extent Resulting From The Needs To Solve Problems Arising From The Implementation Of The Task. Note: The Scope Of The Contract Does Not Include Authors Supervision In The Field Of Installation Of Water Supply Networks, Installations And Devices.2. The Minimum Guaranteed Scope Of The Order (Basic Scope) Includes: 1) Performing Authors Supervision To The Extent Consistent With Art. 20 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law, Including: A) Confirming Compliance Of The Implementation With The Design In The Course Of Construction Works; B) Reporting To The Construction Site/Site Twice A Month On Average During The Execution Of The Task; C) Providing Answers And Explanations Regarding The Works Covered By The Design Documentation Through Additional Information And Studies, Including: Working Drawings, Detailing The Executive Drawings, Making Corrections Or Additions To The Design Documentation, D) Agreeing On The Possibility Of Introducing Alternative Solutions To Those Provided For In The Design, Reported By The Construction Manager Or The Investors Supervision Inspector; E) Developing Alternative Solutions, Understood As Necessary But Impossible To Predict At The Project Development Stage; 2) Current Supplementation Of Gaps In The Design Documentation In The Field Of Technical Designs, Making Changes To Design Solutions, Correcting Design Errors, Eliminating Conflicts Between Industries Or Supplementing Drawings, Details Or Descriptions Of Manufacturing Technologies Not Included In The Design Documentation, 3) Qualifying Changes As Irrelevant Or Significant Within The Meaning Of The Relevant Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law And The Act Of April 10, 2003 On Special Rules For The Preparation And Implementation Of Investments In The Field Public Roads,4) Signaling Situations When The Scope Of The Proposed Changes Causes A Significant Change In The Approved Construction Design, Requiring Obtaining A Decision To Change The Decision On The Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment, And Proposing Alternative Solutions (If Possible) That Do Not Cause Such A Change,5) Participating In Construction Councils And Technical Meetings Organized By The Ordering Party (At The Request Of The Ordering Party), Participating In The Final Acceptance Of The Construction Site,6) Participating In The Preparation Of As-Built Documentation Necessary To Report The Facility To Construction Supervision,7) Assessment Of The Results Of Detailed Tests Of Mater
