Tenders Are Invited For Modernization Of Vrf Air Conditioning In The Building Of The Nadarzyn Commune Office

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Air Conditioning Installation In The Building Of The Nadarzyn Commune Office At Ul. Mszczonowska 24, 05-830 Nadarzyn. 2. The Scope Of Work Includes Dismantling And Disposal Of The Existing Indoor And Outdoor Units Of The Vrf System. 3. The Contractor Must Have All Legally Required Authorizations, Qualifications And Certificates Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order. 4. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes: 1) Commissioning And Adjustment Of The Air Conditioning System, 2) Carrying Out Tightness Tests Of The Installation, 3) Performing A Technological Vacuum, 4) Filling The Installation With The Appropriate Amount Of Refrigerant, 5) Performing Measurements And Operational Tests, 6) Updating Installation Markings, 7) Preparing And Submitting As-Built Documentation. 5. All Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Technical Standards And The Principles Of Construction Knowledge And Art. All Activities Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed By Persons With The Required Qualifications, Authorizations And Certificates In Accordance With Applicable Law And The Requirements Of The Manufacturer Of The Vrf System Used. 6. The Contractor Offering The Equipment Is Obliged To Launch The System And The Supplied Devices With The Assistance Of An Authorized Service Center Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Devices.
