The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation And Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula For The Task Called: Reconstruction Of Piwniczna Street In Lipowa. The Task Is Co-Financed By The Government Road Development Fund. The Contractors Responsibilities Include Obtaining All Necessary Decisions, Permits (Including A Final Administrative Decision Authorizing Construction), Arrangements, Carrying Out Authors Supervision And Ensuring The Management Of Works In All Industries. In Accordance With The Construction Law, The Ordering Party Describes The Detailed Subject Of The Order Using The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) - Annex No. 7 To The Swz.A) Material Scope Of The Investment (Important Derogation From The Ffu) Note: This Order Covers Only The Part Relating To A 935 M Long Public Road. Unlike The Attached Ffu, Which Also Provided For The Reconstruction Of The Internal Road, This Section Was Entirely Excluded From The Scope Of The Proceedings. All Guidelines From The Pfu Should Apply Only To The 935-Meter Section Of The Public Road.
