The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works For The Task Titled: Construction Of A Monument To The Brzeski Sappers In The Central Park, On Plot No. 1019, Center Area. The Designed Monument Will Consist Of Two Elements: A Pedestal Placed On A Reinforced Concrete Foundation And A Sculpture Depicting A Sapper. The Material Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1. Demolition Works: 1) Demolition Of The Hardened Access Made Of Concrete Paving Slabs And The Immediate Surroundings Of The Monument Made Of Granite Cubes, 2) Demolition Of The Existing Monument Consisting Of Two Vertical Obelisks And Two Horizontal Slabs, 3) Chipping Out The Foundations Of The Existing Monument, 4) Removal Of Some Bushes That Interfere With The Planned Development Of The Area, 5) Preparation Of The Area For New Development. 2. Preparatory Works: 1) Preparation Of The Area For The New Development, 2) Preparation Of Mechanically Compacted Sand And Lean Concrete For The Foundation. Monument,3) Construction Of The Foundation Of The Monument As A Reinforced Concrete Slab, Dimensions 153Cm X 250Cm, 40Cm High, Reinforced At The Top And Bottom With Ø12 Steel Bars Made Of C20/25 Concrete, On Which A Pedestal Will Be Mounted With Steel Anchors.3) Construction And Assembly Of A Pedestal, 100Cm High, With A Rectangular Base Measuring 100Cm With A Height Of 197 Cm, With A Pedestal In The Lower Part And A Symmetrical Narrowing In The Central Part, Finished With A Profile In The Upper Part. The Upper Base Measures 73 Cm X 170 Cm. The Pedestal Will Be Made Of Off-White Sandstone. Artistic Services:1) Creation Of A Cast Bronze Sculpture, Approximately 200Cm High, Approximately 65Cm Wide And Approximately 130Cm Long, Depicting A Sapper In A Standing Position In Uniform With A Mine Detector Held In His Hands;2) Transport Of The Cast Bronze Sculpture Along With Mounting Steel Anchors To The Pedestal.5. Land Development: 1) Construction Of The Access And Immediate Development Of The Monument From Granite Cubes Measuring 8Cm X 10Cm Placed On A Base Of Crushed Stone And Compacted Sand. Granite Cubes In Off-White Colors. If Any Indications Of Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Appear In The Swz, Design Documentation Or Bill Of Quantities, They Determine The Minimum Quality Standard Of Materials Or Devices Accepted For Valuation. In Such A Case, The Contractor May Offer Equivalent Items, And The Obligation To Prove Equivalence, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4,5,6 Of The Public Procurement Law Belongs To The Contractor At The Stage Of Submitting The Offer.
