The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation With The Necessary Arrangements And Obtaining A Final Building Permit/Approval Decision Without Objection, Notification Of The Execution Of Construction Works By The Staroste Of Płock; 2) Implementation Of Construction Works For The Scope Of The Order Specified In The Functional And Utility Program And On The Basis Of The Developed Documentation. The Order Also Includes In Particular: Performance Of Pre-Design Works And Studies Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Order, Obtaining All Approvals And Decisions Enabling The Commencement Of Construction Works, Performing Authors Supervision, As Well As Obtaining An Administrative Decision On The Use Permit In Accordance With Applicable Law Or A Certificate Of No Grounds For Objection To The Commencement Of Use, For The Task Referred To In Section 1.3.
