On Both Sides Of The Road There Are Dirt And Trail Shoulders With A Variable Width Of 0.7 ÷ 1.5 M, Road Drainage Carried Out Through Unpaved Roadsides To Roadside Ditches That Are Not Planned For Reconstruction, Only Maintenance Works Will Be Carried Out.2. The Scope Of Works Includes The Reconstruction Of The Municipal Road In Orpelów Commune. Dobroń. The Task Will Include: A) Marking Out A Road In The Field On A Section Of 685 M, B) Mechanical Profiling And Compaction Of The Subgrade For Construction Layers, C) Mechanical Leveling Of The Existing Subgrade With 4 Cm Thick Road Crushed Stone, D) Leveling Of The Surface By Mechanically Laying A Base Layer Made Of A Mineral-Bituminous Mixture, Thickness After Compaction 4 Cm, E) Adjustment Of Water Supply Valve Boxes, F) Execution Of The Layer Surface Made Of Mineral-Bituminous And Chipping Mixtures, Asphalt Wearing Course 4.5 M Wide On A Section Of 0.685 Km, Thickness After Compaction 4 Cm, G) Smearing The Edges With Asphalt Emulsion, H) Making Roadsides From Road Crushed Stone 0-31.5 Mm, On Both Sides Of The Asphalt Surface - 70 Cm Wide, Thickness From Zero To 7 Cm,I) Maintenance Of Roadside Ditches On A Section Of 1228.6 M3. The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: 1) Appoint A Works Manager With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Construction Licenses; 2) Appoint Persons Indicated In The Documents Submitted In The Course Of The Proceedings To Perform The Subject Of The Contract; A Possible Change Of Any Person During The Execution Of The Contract Must Be Justified By The Contractor In Writing And Requires The Employers Approval, Provided That The Qualifications And Experience Of The New People Meet The Requirements Specified In The Swz;3) Securing The Construction Site Against The Entry Of Third Parties;4) Arrangement And Organization Of The Construction Site And Coordinating All Works;5) Ensuring Safety At The Work Site In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety And Fire Protection Regulations, Which Includes In Particular: Proper Marking Of The Area With Constant Visibility Of Warning Elements Day And Night, Maintenance Safe Routes For Pedestrians And Vehicles And Bearing Full Responsibility For The Functioning Of Vehicular And Pedestrian Traffic From The Moment Of Handing Over The Work Site To The Time Of Their Final Acceptance;6) Stopping The Works At The Request Of The Employer And Securing The Completed Works Against Their Destruction;7) Completing And Presenting To The Employer All Required Documents Allowing For The Assessment Of The Correctness Of The Works;8) Bearing Full Liability For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Of Employees And Third Parties Arising In Connection With The Works Carried Out, Including Traffic Vehicles;9) Ensuring The
