General Requirements: 1) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Computer Equipment Be: - Brand New, Unused, Of Full Value, From Current Production, - Free From Physical And Legal Defects, - In Accordance With The Opz, Swz, The Contractors Offer And The Manufacturers Documentation, - Covered By Warranty And Support To The Extent Required In The Opz And The Agreement, - Delivered From A Legal Distribution Channel. - Placed On The Market Or Manufactured Not Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Deadline For Submitting Offers, - Not Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties, - Not Coming From The Exhibition, - Products Marked With The Ce Mark. The Detailed Scope Of The Order, The Required Technical Parameters Of The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Order And The Quantitative Requirements Are Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex 2A To Swz.2) The Ordering Party Requires That The Devices Delivered As Part Of The Order Have Warranty Benefits Based On A Guarantee Ensuring Full Access To The Service Authorized By The Manufacturer And Original Parts Spare Parts For The Warranty Period.3. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Performed On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Template - Annex No. 11A To Swz.4. The Place Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Teatr Wybrzeże, Ul. Saint Ducha 2, 80-834 Gdańsk.5. The Ordering Party Will Assess The Fulfillment Of The Technical And Functional Requirements Of The Offered Devices And Software Based On The Information Contained In The Technical Specifications Form Submitted By The Contractor Along With The Offer, Based On The Answer To The Question: The Offered Equipment Meets / Does Not Meet The Required Minimum Technical And Functional Parameters In Accordance With Annex No. 3A.6. The Scope Of The Order Includes All Works And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of The Order: The Price Of Equipment Or Hardware And Software, Costs Of Delivery, Loading, Transport, Unloading, Carrying, Packaging, Documentation, Warranty, Warranty Service, Taxes, Disposal Of Packaging And Other Costs Of Execution Of The Order, Including All Costs Accompanying The Execution That The Contractor Considers Necessary To Complete The Order.7.
