1) The Subject Of This Order Are The Following Services: A) Inspection, Legalization And Regeneration Of Fire Extinguishers; 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Maintenance Inspections, Their Number And Possible Repairs, Together With The Requirements For Keeping Documentation Of The Work Performed, Is Included In Annex No. 2 (Description Of The Subject Of The Order) And Annex No. 3 (Price Form) To The Swz.3) Attention! The Ordering Party Requires That In The Case Of Performing Maintenance Services On Devices Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty, The Contractor Should Perform The Services In A Way That Will Not Result In The Loss Or Limitation Of The Warranty Granted By The Manufacturer Of A Given Device.4) A List Of Facilities And Their Location, Together With A List Containing The Type And Quantity Of Elements Subject To Services, Are Specified In Annex No. 3 To This Tor (Price Form).5) The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Services Performed And For The Devices, Products And Materials Used To Complete The Order - In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Annex 2 To The Swz, But Not Shorter Than The Manufacturers Warranty.
