The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale And Delivery Of Educational Aids For The Primary School In Wiśniowa Góra And The Secondary School In Wiśniowa Góra As Part Of The Project Entitled A Way To Educate In Wiśniowa Góra2. A Detailed Assortment And Quantity Description For Each Part Of The Order Has Been Specified In Detail In Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Read Together With Any Changes To The Content Of The Specification, E.G. Resulting From Answers To Contractors Inquiries.5. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place At The Expense And Risk Of The Contractor. 6. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Be Consistent With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Requirements Specified In Applicable Polish Law And European Union Law, Has Been Admitted To Trading And Has Valid Documents Required By Law, Confirming Admission To Use In The Eu, As Well As Meet Other Requirements (Standards, Parameters) Specified By The Ordering Party. 10. All Devices Constituting The Subject Of The Order Must Come From The Official Distribution Channel In Poland.11. The Scope Of The Order Includes: Delivery And Transport (At The Expense, Risk And Responsibility Of The Contractor) Of The Subject Of The Order To The Place Of Execution Of The Order, Transport, Unloading, Bringing To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party.12. The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The Regional Program European Funds For The Łódź Province 2021-2027.
