Tenders Are Invited For Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste From Owners Of Inhabited Properties In The Ostaszewo Commune

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection And Transport Services From Owners Of Residential Properties Located In The Ostaszewo Commune In The Period From August 1, 2026 To December 31, 2027.2. The Subject Of The Order And The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Are Specified In Chapter 2 Of The Terms Of Reference Together With Annex No. 10 To The Swz (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order), Which Constitute An Integral Part Of This Agreement.3. In Accordance With The Terms Of The Order Specified In The Swz, The Contractor Is In Particular Obliged To: 1) Systematically Empty Municipal Waste Containers And Collect Municipal Waste As Part Of Collections, In Accordance With The Approved Schedule, From All Owners Of Properties In The Ostaszewo Commune Where Residents Live. The Following Frequency Of Collection Of Municipal Waste From The Areas Where Residents Live Is Established, Directly From The Property: A) Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste: Once Every Two Weeks; B) Separately Collected Waste: Plastics, Metals, Multi-Material Packaging And Glass: Once A Month; C) Bio-Waste: Once Every Two Weeks. 2) Collection And Transport Of Municipal Waste At Pszok In Ostaszew And Ensuring Handling The Point, 3) Transport Of Collected Unsegregated (Mixed) Municipal Waste To Municipal Installations Resulting From The Provincial Waste Management Plans, 4) Transport Of Separately Collected Municipal Waste To Municipal Installations Or Waste Recovery Or Disposal Installations, In Accordance With The Waste Management Hierarchy Referred To In Art. 17 Of The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste, 5) Submitting The Reports Referred To In Art. 9N And 9Na Of The Act Of September 13, 1996. On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities.
