3.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Fuel For Vehicles And Machines For The Needs Of The Independent Public Health Care Complex In Brzesko, 32-800 Brzesko, Ul. Kościuszki 68 In Estimated Quantities: A) Unleaded Petrol 95 - 2,600, B) Diesel Oil - 57,100, C) Propane Gas - Butane Lpg - 4,200, 3.1.1. The Ordering Party Requires That The Place Of Delivery Is At Least One Gas Station Located At A Distance Of No More Than 10 Km From The Ordering Partys Registered Office. 3.1.2. Fuel Will Be Delivered By Refueling Directly To The Ordering Partys Official Vehicles Or To Appropriate Containers Provided By The Ordering Party.3.1.3. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Above-Mentioned Fuel Quantities Are Estimates. The Quantity Of Fuel Ordered By The Ordering Party Will Depend On Its Actual Needs, Therefore The Ordering Party Allows For The Purchase Of Larger Or Smaller Quantities Of Fuel Than Those Specified In Swz.3.1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Possibility Of Purchasing Fuel Every Day, 24 Hours A Day. In The Event Of A Breakdown Or Other Random Events That Prevent The Purchase Of Fuel From The Contractor, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Secure The Possibility Of Purchasing Fuel 24 Hours A Day From Another Contractor And Make Financial Settlements On Its Own.3.1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Supply Fuels That Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Journal Of Laws, Item 1018, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of May 28, 2021 On Quality Requirements For Liquefied Gas (Lpg) (Journal Of Laws As Amended). 2024, Item 744).3.1.6. Fuel Will Be Sold According To The Price List Valid On The Day Of Refueling With The Use Of A Permanent Price Discount Offered In The Contractors Offer, Until The Contract Value Is Exhausted. 3.1.7. The Fuel Delivery Will Be Confirmed By Issuing A Release Document (Wz) Containing The Following Information: 1) Address Of The Fuel Station; 2) Fuel Card Number To Which The Transaction Was Made; 3) Vehicle Registration Number; 4) Quantity Of Fuel Purchased; 5) Value Of The Purchased Fuel; 6) Date And Time Of The Transaction; 7) Signature Of The Contractors Representative And Signature Of An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party. 3.1.8. The Ordering Party Allows For The Possibility Of Implementing The Subject Of The Contract Using Fuel Cards Issued By The Contractor (As A Tool For Recording Transactions). In Such A Case, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With An Appropriate Number Of Fuel Cards Free Of Charge (Estimated Number Of Cards Approx. 30 Pieces).3.1.9. On The Day Of Concluding The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With A List Of Vehicles And Persons Authorized To Purchase Fuel.3.2. The Order Will Be Executed In Quantities Covering The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On Its Unilateral I
