C) Maintaining Documentation Related To The Implementation Of The Order, Including As-Built Diagrams, Operating Instructions, Acceptance Protocols, As-Built Documentation In Accordance With The Requirements Of Energy Law And Dso (Tauron).D) Preparation And Submission Of Updated Zm Notifications For The Connection Of Micro-Installations Along With Updating Data On The Installed Energy Storage Facilities On The Form Appropriate For The Dso.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Meet The Conditions Regarding The Employment Of Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Subject Of The Order, Specified In Detail In The Contract And The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Referred To In The Point Above.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Key Parts Of The Order To Be Performed By The Contractor.6. If Materials, Devices, Products Or Equivalent Solutions Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate Them In The Offer And To Submit, Together With The Offer, Technical Data Sheets Or Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Equivalent Solutions Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Described In The Subject Of The Order. Equivalent Solutions Must Have Technical, Operational And Assembly Parameters Not Worse Than Those Obtained By Implementation According To The Designers Instructions And Provided That Their Use Does Not Result In The Need To Change The Solutions Contained In The Documentation, And Is Approved By Th
