A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annexes No. 10, 11 And 12 To The Swz. 3. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Contain A Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And 3 Of The Act, And Such A Reference Was Not Accompanied By The Expression Or Equivalent, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In The Standard, Technical Assessment, Technical Specification Approval, Technical Reference System. Due To The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each Standard, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specification, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. 4. The Investment Is Implemented As Part Of The Subsidy Received To Co-Finance Own Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense In Accordance With The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.
