Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Assembly Of Playground Elements As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction And Reconstruction Of Playgrounds In The Radziejów Commune.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Equipment Of A New Playground, Replacement And Retrofitting Of Existing Playgrounds In The Radziejów Commune With New Playground Equipment And Elements Of Small Architecture, Made Of Steel Structures, Properly Protected Against Corrosion And Painted. The Devices Must Be Safe And Have Appropriate Certification, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, In Particular Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Order Is Co-Financed By The European Union: European Agricultural Fund For Rural Development. Strategic Plan For The Common Agricultural Policy For 2023-2027.4. The Adopted Types Of Materials And Devices Were Used Only As Examples To Describe The Subject Of The Procurement Contract. The Contractor Is Entitled To Use Equivalent Materials And Devices With No Worse Parameters. The Contractor Should Define Their Parameters In Order To Demonstrate That They Meet The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Equivalent Solutions, According To Their Definition, Must Have Parameters And Meet Standards No Worse Than The Products Given In The Example.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate No Later Than On The Day Of Signing The Contract.6. The Attached Bill Of Quantities (Appendix No. 8 To The Swz) Is An Auxiliary Element For Developing A Simplified Offer Cost Estimate. 7. The Contractor Will Attach Catalogs Or Technical Sheets Containing Photos Of The Offered Devices To The Offer Form.8. In Order To Confirm The Compliance Of The Offered Products With The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of The Following Certificates: A Certificate Issued By A Certification Body Confirming The Compliance Of The Proposed Device With The Relevant European Or Polish Standards. The Ordering Party Envisages Calling On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Evidence In Question In A Situation Where The Contractor Has Not Submitted The Subject Evidence Or The Submitted Evidence Is Incomplete. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Submission Of Other Evidence. Than Certificates.
