1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Creation Of A Notification And Alarm System Under The Program Called Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Installation Of Four Brand New Dse-600S Electronic Sirens With A Power Of 600 W Each, Which Will Be Part Of The Expansion Of The Existing Warning And Alarming System (Soia) Of The Voivode Of Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship Digitex Czk Ip. Sirens Are To Be Used To Alert The Civilian Population As Part Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense Activities (Sound Signals And Voice Messages). The Sirens Are To Be Controlled Wirelessly Using Digital-Analog Radio Networks. The Sirens Are To Be Controlled Locally And Remotely.2. As Part Of The Task, The Following Should Be Delivered, Installed And Launched: 4 Electronic Sirens With A Power Of 600 W; Modernize The Existing Digitex Siren Controller To The Latest Digitex Czk Ip Version At The Lidzbark Warmiński City Hall; Radio Access Point For Controlling Sirens Compatible With The Digitex Czk Ip System At The District Headquarters Of The State Fire Service In Lidzbark Warmia; Modernize The Existing Dse 600 Electronic Siren From Digitex To The Latest Version Compatible With The Digitex Czk Ip System; 8 Pieces Of Portable Radios Programmed To Cooperate With The Digital Radio Network Of Crisis Management Of The Provincial Office In Olsztyn; Control Is To Be Carried Out Via A Dedicated Application With A Map Background With Sirens Applied. Access To The Application Is To Be Provided In The Ordering Partys Lan, Using An Existing Computer At The Office Of The Offices Third Party Liability Insurance Employee And At The Management Position Of The State Fire Service District Headquarters. The Application Is Intended To Enable Remote Radio Control Of New Sirens And The Modernized Existing Dse 600 Siren (Alarms And Voice Messages). Both The Sirens And The Controllers Are To Cooperate With The Siren Control System Of The Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship - Czk Ip By Digitex. 3. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented Under The Program Called Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Subject Of The Order Is Implemented As Part Of A Subsidy From The State Budget To Co-Finance Own Tasks In The Field Of Population Protection And Civil Defense, In Accordance With The Above-Mentioned Program.
