1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Retrofitting Of An Existing Playground In Opatowice Commune. Radziejów, Plot No. 105/3 With A Playground Device Made Of Steel Structures, Properly Protected Against Corrosion And Painted. All Devices Must Be Safe And In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Standards, In Particular Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177. The Subject Of The Order Is A Set With The Following Dimensions: Width Min. 4.40 M, Length Min. 4.40 M, Height Up To Max. 2.70 M, Located In The Safety Zone With Dimensions From 7.70X7.70 M, Free Fall Height: Up To Max. 1.10 M The Play Set Includes: - Two Slides, - A Tube, - Two Platforms (Fixed And Rope), - Firemans Slide, - Two Canopies, - Tic-Tac-Toe, - Abacus, - Climbing, - Gangway, - Ladder To The Canopy. Material Data: Structure Made Of Galvanized And Powder-Coated Steel Pipes, Railings Made Of Hdpe Boards, Floor Made Of Non-Slip Plywood Or Made Of Anti-Slip Hdpe Boards, Slide - Slide Made Of Stainless Steel With Hdpe Sides, Metal Play Elements, Galvanized And Powder-Coated. Assembly Method: Poles Concreted In The Ground.2. The Adopted Types Of Materials And Devices Were Used Only As Examples To Describe The Subject Of The Procurement Contract. The Contractor Is Entitled To Use Equivalent Materials And Devices With No Worse Parameters. The Contractor Should Define Their Parameters In Order To Demonstrate That They Meet The Conditions Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. Equivalent Solutions, According To Their Definition, Must Have Parameters And Meet Standards No Worse Than The Products Given In The Example.3. The Contractor Will Attach Catalogs Or Technical Sheets Containing Photos Of The Offered Devices To The Offer Form.4. In Order To Confirm The Compliance Of The Offered Products With The Requirements, Features Or Criteria Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Requests The Submission Of The Following Certificates: A Certificate Issued By A Certification Body Confirming The Compliance Of The Proposed Device With The Relevant European Or Polish Standards. The Ordering Party Envisages Calling On The Contractor To Submit Or Supplement The Evidence In Question In A Situation Where The Contractor Has Not Submitted The Subject Evidence Or The Submitted Evidence Is Incomplete. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage The Submission Of Other Evidence. Than Certificates.
