1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of 24-Hour Physical Protection Of Facilities And Property Of The Bielany District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw. Warsaw And Persons Staying In These Facilities, Through Direct Physical Protection Provided By Security Staff With Appropriate Professional Qualifications And Equipped With Means Of Direct Coercion, Means Of Communication, Service Uniforms And Identifiers, In Accordance With The Security Service Table Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.2. Location (Service Provision Address) Applies To: The Seat Of The Bielany District Office: - At Ul. S. Żeromskiego 29;- At Ul. Al. Union 25.3. The Scope Of Services Includes: 3.1 The Scope Of Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined By The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz (Constituting At The Same Time Annex No. 1 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract), The Security Service Table, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz (Constituting At The Same Time Annex No. 2 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract) And The Operation Procedure Of The Intervention Group - Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz (Constituting At The Same Time Annex No. 3 To The Draft Provisions Of The Contract). 3.2 The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Ensure Signal Transmission, From The Protected Facility To The Intervention Group, Throughout The Duration Of The Contract.4. Key Parts Of The Order 4.1 Ordering Party In Accordance With Art. 121 Point 1) Of The Public Procurement Act Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Parts Of The Order.
