Tenders are invited for Cleaning, Maintenance Service Bid Security Amount: By Bank Guarantee (Rs): 150,000/- In Cash (Rs): 150,000/- Further details regarding the bids can be obtained by visiting the website www.nicd.edu.lk. Bidding documents can be obtained from 2026.06.22 to 2026.07.09 on working weekdays between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from the Accounts Division of the National Institute of Co-operative Development, Polgolla, upon payment of a non-refundable bidding document fee of Rs. 3,500.00. Quotations must be submitted only along with the receipt obtained for this payment. Duly completed bidding documents should be prepared in two copies, marked separately as original and duplicate, sealed, and enclosed in a single envelope along with the guarantee.They can be sent by registered post addressed to the "Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee, National Institute of Co-operative Development, Polgolla" to be received on or before 2.30 p.m. on 2026.07.10, or deposited in the tender box kept in the Procurement Division.
