Current Offers Must Consist Entirely Of Both Operation And Delivery Of Wood Chips, Offers For Parts Of The Delivery Will Not Be Accepted. The Plant Was Commissioned Around 10.01.2018 And Has Been In Operation Since Then. The Announcement Is Due To An Expired Contract.
