The Subject Of This List Of Services Is The Delivery Of Various Photovoltaic Modules For A Wide Variety Of Photovoltaic Projects Within The Framework Agreement Period. The Client Intends To Conclude A Contract With One Or More Framework Agreement Partners (“Rvp” For Short). Contracts Will Be Awarded Based On The Lowest Bidder Principle In Accordance With The Technical Specifications (“Lb” For Short). These Framework Agreements Are Concluded In The Current Ignorance Of The Realizable Projects Or Their Call-Offs For The Above-Mentioned Maximum Contract Amount, Although It Should Be Noted That The Maximum Total Amount From This Award Procedure Is € 45.0 Million. Total (I.E. Order Volume For The Entire Framework Agreement Period Plus Any Options And Follow-Up Orders For All Framework Agreement Partners Together).
