The Object Of The Procurement Is The Overall Contract For Yleisradio Oys Site In Pasila. The Contract Includes Construction, Electrical, Ventilation, Plumbing And Building Automation Works. The Building Site Is Located In The Pasila District Of The City Of Helsinki, Block 17053, Address Uutiskatu 9, 00240 Helsinki. The Work Area Targets Yles Shipping Center Building, Whose Offices On The 1St, 3Rd, And 4Th Floors Will Be Renovated In Accordance With The Technical Plans. The Facilities Are Mostly In Their Original Condition. The Facilities Were Built In 1984. At The Same Time, The Space Arrangements Are Being Changed To Make Them More Functional. In The Implementation Of The Change Work, The Aim Is To Save Existing Structures, Building Technology Installations And Surface Materials. The Work Must Be Carried Out In Such A Way That Employees Can Work In The Building At The Same Time. Noise Restrictions Have Been Announced For The Work In The Contract Program, Which The Contractor Must Take Into Account When Implementing The Work.
