The Mechanical And Manufacturing Engineering Upper School Center Is Located On The Southern Edge Of The Reinickendorf District In A General Residential Area With Predominantly 4-Story Residential Buildings. In Addition To The Outdoor Facilities, The Osz Includes House 1 (Main School Building), House 2 (School Sports Hall) And House 3 (Workshop Building). The Subject Of This Measure Is The Facade Repair Of House 1 And Here The Building Parts A, B And C. It Is A Building With Mainly 4 Upper Floors, Which Is Clad With A Curtained, Ventilated Facade Made Of Ceramic Panels. Parts Of The Building Only Have 1, 2 Or 3 Upper Floors. Components A, B And C Of House 1 Were Energetically Renovated Between 2010 And 2012 On Behalf Of The Senate Department For Urban Development And The Environment By Implementing A Ventilated External Wall Cladding System With Ceramic Panels. In Autumn 2012 It Became Apparent That There Were Systematic Defects On The Facade. The Ones Used
