The Purpose Of This Request For Proposals (Rfp) Is To Obtain Detailed Proposals From Qualified Proponents With Demonstrated Expertise In Environmental Assessment, Infrastructure Servicing, And Geotechnical Review. The Primary Objective Of The Study Is To Produce A High-Level Pre-Feasibility Assessment Of The Subject Lands To Identify Development Opportunities, Constraints, Risks, And Key Considerations Associated With Potential Future Residential Development.
