Execution Of The Works Contained In The Project 2Nd Phase Executive Project Works Expansion Of Bellpuig Sports Center For Gymnasium And Climbing Wall 2026.The City Council Of Bellpuig Needs To Expand The Sports Complex, Through The Construction Of A New Building Attached To The Existing One, To Expand The Gym Room On The First Floor, And To Provide A Double-Height Space On The Ground Floor, For Climbing Practice With The Installation Of A Climbing Wall, And A Warehouse To Improve Capacity Of Storage Of The Complex As A Whole. The Bellpuig City Council Sees The Need To Execute The Entire Work In Two Phases Given The Impossibility Of Doing It In One, Motivated By Budget Allocations In Different Annuals. This Division Is Made In A Way That The Set Of Works Corresponding To The First Phase, Offer An Entity To The Set Of Works In Form Functional And Reasonably Autonomous. The First Phase Already Executed Consisted Of The Execution Of All The Foundation, Structure, Exterior Closures And Evacuation Of The Buildings Water. The Second Phase Will Contemplate All The Finishing Work, Coatings, Floors And The Lighting, Fire And Air Conditioning Installations Of The Building. This Execution Of The Works Will Be Independent And Will Not Interfere Or Affect At All Way To The Works Already Executed.
