Scope Of The Investment 18,088 Sq.M. In The Space In Front Of The Station, A Green Area Is Formed With Seating Areas That Are Covered With Pergolas For Sun Protection. This Part Is Bordered To The West And East By Existing Parking Lots, The Surfaces Of Which Are Being Built With New Asphalt And New Curbs To Separate The Surfaces. After The Pre-Station Space To The North, There Is A Central Part Of The Development, Which Borders The Municipality Building To The West, Borders An Existing Fountain To The North, And Overcomes The Unevenness In Front Of The Fountain With 3 Stairs. An Amphitheater Space With Seating Is Formed, As Such Is Also Formed In The Eastern Part Of The Space. The Fountain Is Modernized With A New Modern Plumbing Installation For Fountains, Preserving The Character Of Its Architecture Without Interference In Design And Geometry.
