Control Over The Completeness And Correct Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction, According To Ordinance No. 3/2003 On Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction; 3. Preparation Of A Final Report To The Contracting Authority, According To Art. 168, Para. 6 Of The Zut, After Completion Of The Construction And Installation Works Of The Site/Construction For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction; 4. Compilation Of A Technical Passport Of The Site/Construction For Which The Contractor Exercised Construction Supervision During Construction, According To Art. 176B, Para. 2 Of The Zut And In The Scope Specified In Art. 4 Of Ordinance No. 5 Of 28.12.2006 On The Technical Passports Of The Constructions, Issued By The Ministry Of Construction And Tourism (Promulgated, Sg No. 7/2007).
