The Heat Transmission (Heating) Network (Tpm), Owned By Toplofikatsia-Razgrad Jsc, Is Located Within The Boundaries Of The Town Of Razgrad, On The Licensed Territory Of The Company. The Malfunctioning Heat Transfer Network Necessitates The Excavation And Destruction Of Sidewalks And Green Areas And Road Surfaces, In Order To Eliminate The Accidents That Have Occurred. This Leads To The Need To Conclude A Contract For The Implementation Of The Construction And Repair Activities (Rcd) For Excavating Sections And Bringing The City Infrastructure To Normal Condition Within The Statutory Time Limits, After The Accidents Have Been Removed. The Subject Of The Contract Includes Excavation And Restoration Activities On Sidewalks And Street Surfaces, Parking Elements And Lawns. The Specified Srd Do Not Cover The Full Volume Of Activities That May Occur During The Term Of The Contract, Given The Specific Nature Of The District Heating Network And The Emergency Sections.
