Medicinal Products, The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Are Divided By Nomenclature Units, Presented As Anatomical Therapeutic Code /Ats-Code/, International Non-Proprietary Name - Inn, Quantity Of Active Medicinal Substance In A Unit Of Medicinal Form, Medicinal Form And Approximate Quantity In The Technical Specification Attached To The Documentation - Appendix No. 1. The Quantities Of The Medicinal Products Indicated In The Technical Specification Are Indicative And Do Not Create An Obligation For The Contracting Authority To Purchase Them In Full Volume. Delivery Performance Is Determined By The Needs Of The Medical Facility Based On Patient Intake And Financial Security.
