The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Medical Devices And Consumables For Anesthesiology And Resuscitation. The Types Of Medical Devices And Consumables For Anesthesiology And Resuscitation That Are The Subject Of This Procedure, As Well As Their Estimated Quantities, Are Indicated In The Technical Specification, Which Is Technical Annex No. 1 To The Call For Participation And An Integral Part Thereof. Due To Their Estimated Nature, The Specified Quantities Do Not Represent Either A Minimum Or A Maximum Total Quantity That The Contracting Authority Will Request For Delivery During The Period Of Execution Of The Relevant Contract. In The Execution Of The Concluded Contracts For The Supply Of Medical Devices And Consumables For Anesthesiology And Resuscitation, The Contracting Authority Will Declare Such Quantities Of Products As It Needs In View Of The Volume And Nature Of The Activity It Carries Out. The Term For The Execution Of The Order Is 12 (Twelve) Months, Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract For Its Award. The Procedure Is Conducted In Accordance With The Sections Applicable To It From Documentation For Participation In Public Procurement: Dynamic Purchasing System With Subject: Delivery Of Medical Devices And Consumables For Anesthesiology And Resuscitation, Approved By Decision No. F832675 / 26.03.2026. Of The Contracting Authority, Published In The Rop Of The Aop Under No. T571303. The Awarding Of The Order (Selection Of A Contractor) Is Carried Out On The Basis Of The Criteria Under Art. 70, Para. 2, Item 1 Of The Ppa - Lowest Price, Where Lowest Price Means The Lowest Offered Estimated Total Value For The Implementation Of The Individual Item, Calculated On The Basis Of The Offered Unit Prices And The Estimated Quantities Of The Products For The Respective Item In The Technical Specification. The Criterion Is Applied Separately To Each Of The Individual Items, The Subject Of The Order.
