The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Medical Devices And Consumables Necessary For The Activity Of Mbal - Dr Asen Velev Eood. The Indicated Quantities Are Estimates And Do Not Oblige The Employer To Purchase Them In Full. The Specific Supplies Are Determined By The Needs Of The Medical Facility With Requests To The Contractor. The Term Of Execution Of The Order Is 24 (Twenty-Four) Months From Its Award, With Periodic Deliveries Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority And On The Basis Of The Preliminary Requests Made. The Delivery Term Is At The Proposal Of The Participant In Calendar Days, Not Longer Than 5 (Five) Calendar Days From Receipt Of A Written Request From The Contracting Authority. This Public Procurement Is Not Divided Into Separate Items. The Participants Should Submit An Offer For The Execution Of The Order In Its Entirety, Offering All Medical Devices And Consumables Included In The Technical Specification. It Is Not Allowed To Submit An Offer For Part Of The Subject Of The Order. Participants Who Do Not Offer All Required Items And Quantities Are Removed From Participation In The Procedure. Each Participant Has The Right To Submit Only One Offer, No Variants Are Allowed. The Offered Medical Devices And Consumables Should Meet The Requirements Of The Technical Specification And The Applicable Legislation.
