The Above Will Make It Possible To Strengthen The Resolution Capacity Of The Establishment, Reduce Gaps In Access To Dental Care And Improve Coverage Of Oral Health Promotion, Prevention, Recovery And Rehabilitation Services. Likewise, Considering The Existing Demand For Dental Services And The Need To Provide Comprehensive And Timely Care To Users, It Is Essential To Have An Agreement That Ensures The Efficient Execution Of The Program, Complying With The Quality Standards And Care Commitments Acquired By The Establishment, Establishing The Conditions That Allow Achieving The Most Advantageous Combination Between All The Benefits Of The Service To Be Contracted And Its Associated Costs, Present And Future, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Article 37 Of The Regulations Of The Public Procurement Law.
