The Teams Are Divided Into Two Blocks: Block N°1 Kone Brand – Cem Building And Block N°2 Assembles Heliport Stretchers. Bidders May Decide How Many Blocks To Bid. Each Block Will Be Evaluated Independently, And Each Block Will Be Assigned To The Bidder With The Best Score.
