The Bellpuig City Council Sees The Need To Carry Out The The Entirety Of The Work In Two Phases Given The Impossibility Of Doing It In One, Motivated By Budget Allocations In Different Annuals. This Division Is Carried Out In Such A Way That The Set Of Works Corresponding To The First Phase Offer An Entity To The Set Of Works In A Functional And Reasonably Autonomous Way.
