The Purpose Of This Consultation Is The Installation Of Photovoltaic Power Plants On The Roof, Shade Or Ground On Property Belonging To The Municipalities/Epci Having Joined The Siceco Service For The Development Of Renewable Energies For The “Construction Of A Photovoltaic Power Plant On The Roof, Shade Or On The Ground, For Individual Or Collective Self-Consumption Or For Total Sale”. The Projects Are Gradually Entrusted To Siceco By Delegation Of Project Management From The Municipalities/Epci Members Of Siceco Once The Opportunity Or Feasibility Has Been Validated, As Well As In Certain Cases A Structural Study. The Need To Be Covered Corresponds To Several Phases Listed Below: - Phase 1 – Development Of Photovoltaic Power Plants (“Ready To Build” Stage): Validation Of The Adapted Technical Solution (Phase 1A) And Authorizations (Phase 1B), - Phase 2 – Construction Of Photovoltaic Power Plants: Preparation, Execution Of The Work Up To And Including The Commissioning Of The Installations. The Power Plants Will Therefore Be Installed And Then Put Into Service Gradually Where The Entire Portfolio Will Be In The Operating Phase For A Period Of 30 Years.
